Fees
COPP has adopted a not-for-profit philosophy and is indirectly subsidised by members of the profession who donate their professional skills and time.
Fees are kept to a minimum in order to make the profession as accessible as possible.
The fees cover all learning components of the program (supervision and professional development) as well as assistance with lodging paperwork to the Board and regular job bulletins. Workshop notes are also included in the fees. The cost of any books, tapes or CDs that may be required is not included.
The current fees are detailed below:
| Registration Program | 2 Years with a fulltime placement | $24,000 ($6,000 payable every 6 months) |
Important notes:
For students in paid employment in a psychology related job, fees may be tax deductible. Students should seek independent financial advice to determine whether this is applicable, given their personal financial circumstances.
A non refundable fee of $500 is due on enrolment. This fee is deducted from the first instalment, which is payable two months after the enrolment date.
After the initial payment has been made, fees are payable every six months via cheque, money order or direct debit.
